The problem
In peak season, enquiries arrived by phone, WhatsApp, and the website at once, and the ones that got missed were never noticed.
What I built
Built registration and enquiry flows that land in one place, with WhatsApp and phone handoff wired in so a lead can be answered on whichever channel it arrived through.
The outcome
Registrations and bookings for each event come in through the site, and the public event pages are indexable, so new enquiries find the business through search.
